In order to submit and edit your listings and display advertisements, you need to create an account with your email address. You are responsible for the maintenance and confidentiality of your account, account activities, and password. In addition, you agree to notify us immediately if there is any compromise to your account or password.

Subscriptions are for a period of one year and are renewable. The company's representative is responsible for renewing subscriptions as Green Energy Directory does not collect or keep payment information; however, they may receive the renewal notice. All payments are carried out through PayPal, a secure payment gateway. Subscription rates can change without notice; however, such changes will not apply until the end of the current subscription.

The company's representative may request subscription cancellation at any time by email. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current subscription. There will be no refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the subscription term.
